Miso Roast Tatties

This week we traveled to The Cairn Distillery by Grantown-on-Spey.
They blew us away with these roast potatoes. Can’t say we were not a little jealous we did not come up with them ourselves as it is So simple. Yet SO delicious!
Ingredients
- Potatoes (Maris piper) 500g, peel and 2cm dice
- Olive oil 1 Glug
- Oat miso 1 Tbs
- Oat shoyu 2 Tbs
Directions
Boil your potatoes till tender in unsalted water.
Roast in a hot oven with a glug of olive oil at 220C for 15 minutes to get some colour.
Once they start to brown, take them out and add the miso.
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes / until they are nice and caramelised.
The dark chewy bits of miso sticking to the potatoes are the Best!
To Serve
Sever with a dipping sauce of oat shoyu.
