Good To Know

MOQ & Delivery

There is a minimum order value of £150. Orders will be despatched within 1-4 weeks depending on stock.

Product Specifications

All the miso and shoyu we produce is gluten and soy free, vegan and free from all major allergens with a 12 month ambient shelf life after production.

Bulk Orders

We are happy to work with restaurants and producers to provide products in bulk. Just let us know your requirements.

Case Sizes & Packaging

Our standard case size is 6, but we're happy to adapt this to suit your requirements. Orders are delivered either as cardboard boxes or on pallets, depending on the size of your order.
