Okay, it isn't pink - but the pink flamingo peas we use are! A delicious, organic and amazing pea from the lovely folks at Hodmedods. 

It's a halfway house between our seat all oat miso and our dark aged pea miso. Think of it like a general use miso. Applicable in all situations that you need more umami.

Shelf Life: Store in a cool dry place then keep refrigerated and use within 6 months after opening. Shelf stable for 12 months after production.
