Rebeccas’ Silky Salad Dress
Share
A bright, vibrant salad built around fresh seasonal leaves and a beautifully balanced miso dressing. Nutty sesame oil, maple syrup, rice vinegar and miso come together for a rich umami depth, while herbs like lemon balm and dill bring freshness and zing. Simple, elegant, and bursting with flavour. The perfect way to celebrate beautiful greens.
Ingredients
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Rice vinegar 1 tsp

As many beautiful leaves as you can find.
We had Mizuna, rocket, lemon balm, chervil, dill, sorrel, and baby gem among others. The lemon balm in particular adds a lovely zing!
