Miso Mayo

Chef Rebecca comes back swinging for the second week in a row! 👩🍳

Swear on the bible of fermentation that this is not a typo: 2 parts mayo to 1 part miso. It is possible our family is now rather Halo tolerant, with the amount of shoyu / miso we consume so if its too salty lift it with a squeeze of lemon or a tsp of Rice vinegar.

Equally just add another 2 parts mayo to let it down.

 

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce 1
  • Chicken 1 breast / roast potatoes to make it vegetarian
  • Dill 1 sprig
  • Corriander 1 sprig
  • Spring onion 1
  • Mayo from the shop 2 tbs (Dont make us name the brand please 🙏)
  • Oat miso 1 tbs

 

Method:

  • Combine the miso and mayo, then layer everything into the wrap.
  • Roast potatoes in a wrap we find especially entertaining.
  • As well as rewarding from a texture perspective, soft and crunchy and zingy.
