Swear on the bible of fermentation that this is not a typo: 2 parts mayo to 1 part miso. It is possible our family is now rather Halo tolerant, with the amount of shoyu / miso we consume so if its too salty lift it with a squeeze of lemon or a tsp of Rice vinegar.
Equally just add another 2 parts mayo to let it down.
Ingredients:
- Lettuce 1
- Chicken 1 breast / roast potatoes to make it vegetarian
- Dill 1 sprig
- Corriander 1 sprig
- Spring onion 1
- Mayo from the shop 2 tbs (Dont make us name the brand please 🙏)
- Oat miso 1 tbs
Method:
- Combine the miso and mayo, then layer everything into the wrap.
- Roast potatoes in a wrap we find especially entertaining.
- As well as rewarding from a texture perspective, soft and crunchy and zingy.
