When are we open already?

It's taken a wee while to get up and running... hopefully 2nd April we will be operational.

We don't have a retail license, or a restaurant license. So sadly the noodle / sushi rumours will not be coming true, at least this year.

We will be operating as a commercial kitchen making Miso and shoyu, Selling at farmers markets, and wholesale to restaurants. 

You are however free to come and say hi if you happen to be in Banchory.
